TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to the following terms and conditions as set forth by the event organizer (“Organizer”):
All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
Force Majeure / Acts of God
Organizer shall not be held liable for failure to perform, or delays in performance, due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, artist illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Artist Lineup Changes
Performer lineup and performance times are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged tickets. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to safeguard all issued tickets.
Prohibited Items
No backpacks, outside food or beverages, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted on event premises. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and deny entry without refund.
Entry Requirements
All attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID upon entry. Failure to do so may result in denied access without refund.
Contest Information
Any contests, giveaways, or promotions run in conjunction with the event are subject to change or cancellation at the Organizer’s sole discretion. Prizes are not guaranteed and may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn without notice.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to act in a respectful and lawful manner. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, at the sole discretion of the Organizer or event security.
Liability Waiver
By entering the venue, Ticket Holder assumes all risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from or related to attendance at the event. The Organizer, venue, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims or damages incurred.
Media Release
Ticket Holder grants Organizer the right to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture the attendee’s likeness for promotional, advertising, and commercial use in any and all media formats, in perpetuity, without compensation.
